Plan a learning project with objectives that align to business goals.
Understand and apply key learning theories to their work.
Design learning that keeps learners central.
Curate and prioritise content.
Consider Generative A.I. tools and best practice.
Design learning that uses effective methods and structure.
Produce key design deliverables.
Use a combination of real word and provided learning projects with which to plan, design and produce key deliverables.
Receive feedback from the instructor on within the course, with which to derive personal development actions, mapped to the TAP Design Process.
Provide documented evidence of how they have applied their learning to their work after the course.
