The PRINCE2 Project, Programme, Portfolio Office Management guidance provides advice, supported by discussion and examples, on how to develop a delivery and governance structure that helps optimize an organization's investment in change alongside its business-as-usual work.This Practitioner course comprises two days of trainer led instruction. It is aimed at members of offices within a PMO model or anyone who needs to understand the terminology and concepts underpinning a PMO. The course builds on foundational knowledge and provides delegates with comprehensive understanding of the PMO advice should be applied and to prepare delegates for the Practitioner Certificate examination.

Develop the business case required to obtain senior management approval for the PMO
Identify and build the most appropriate PMO model, which will adapt to the organization's needs, taking account of the organization's size and portfolio, programme and project management maturity
Identify the most appropriate roles required to populate a specified PMO structure
Plan the implementation of a PMO
Choose and use appropriate tools and techniques while running the PMO and advising those who shape the portfolio of programmes and projects.
