This 1-day introductory course introduces the essentials of Change Management, its relationship to project management and its role in achieving initiative outcomes and benefits.organisational change varies widely, from scenarios like system rollouts and product releases to organisational structural re-design and cultural shifts – so there is no single approach. We explore two core elements:The process of change: popular theories / models and practical tools for assessing the breadth, depth and impact of change on business operationsThe people side of change: stakeholder engagement / communication strategies, and understanding human responses, including resistance and how to address itTh day includes interactive exercises and a short generic case study to build confidence in supporting change initiatives.
