The AI leadership – AI strategy and opportunity apprenticeship unit is a five-day live training programme designed for senior leaders and managers responsible for guiding AI adoption and organisational transformation. This unit builds practical leadership capability in artificial intelligence, enabling learners to translate AI potential into strategic value.The programme develops AI literacy for decision-makers, focusing on strategic alignment, governance, risk management, and ethical leadership. Learners explore the capabilities and limitations of AI technologies, assess organisational readiness, and develop structured approaches to identifying, prioritising, and commissioning AI initiatives.By the end of the unit, participants will be equipped to define a coherent AI strategy aligned to organisational goals, engage stakeholders with confidence, and implement governance frameworks that support responsible and sustainable AI adoption.Funding: This apprenticeship unit is funded through the Government’s Growth and Skills Levy.
