• This course is intended for those who manage or expect to manage
projects as part of their work and are at entry level proficiency; it is
especially applicable as a foundation course for individuals seeking PMI PMP
project management certification
Predpoklady
• Some project management experience is helpful but not required; project
team experience is very desirable
NOTE: Come to class with a real-world
project that you may be working on or that you recently worked on to use in
exercises in class. Alternatively, if you have not worked on a project in your
organization and prefer to work on a group project, come expecting to choose
from suggestions such as coordinating a multi-national company meeting, hosting
a major celebration such as a wedding, multi-generational birthday party or
family reunion, arranging a three-week vacation for three families from three
different major cities.
